Today Breck celebrated the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., welcoming nationally-touring artist, educator, and speaker Joe Davis. Other guests include MN Attorney General Keith Ellison, Kenda Zellner-Smith, Dominique Byrd '02, Mayyadda Major '12, Ramaud Chiaokhiao-Bowman '16, Pethuel LeFlore, William Walker Jr., Franklin Earl Lloyd Reed, Danez Smith, Tarik Dobbs, Bailey Hutchinson, Kiyoko Sims, Mohammed Lawal, Houston White, Dionne Gubs, Chris Stedman, Dr. Helen Kim, and Ezra Hudson, and many Breck parents who shared their experience and professional expertise with our Upper School students.
